Hello Jarland, new customer here and complete newbie!
I just migrated a customer (uniforcele.com) to MXRoute. He just reported that one of his supplier’s emails (greatwhitefleet.com) are getting rejected by MXRoute.
This is the message his supplier sent to him:
Not sure what this means, but from what I understand apparently there is an error on greatwhitefleet.com’s emails regarding PTR and they are being rejected due to a security check?
How can I fix this on my end?
