Set lower email sending limit

Hello,

While telling the clients not to send mass emails, sometimes they do. Therefore, I’d like to limit their sending capabilities. Upon trying to do so in their email account, it’s not possible due to "reseller_can_set_email_limit=0 is set, thus you cannot set a limit":

However, in the reseller user packages, I can’t see the daily sending limits:

On the E-Mail Accounts page (User level) there is a plus sign to the right of the page. Click on it then select the ‘Change Limits’ option.

I was able to change from 7200 to 200 with no issue.

Just for clarification, I needed to log in as the user, rather than changing from reseller to user view:

Is this ok? As when trying by changing view to user I get this message:

I deleted the client’s domain from DirectAdmin as per @Jarland’s suggestion in this thread: SMTP Error 550. Failed to add recipient (new setup)

Also, hopefully this way will work, because I set the account size to 500mb, but when logging in as the user, I can set 5000mb as account size:
