I noticed the mail server I was assigned to is in Germany. Is it possible to have it switched to the US?

This is not currently possible. All current orders are deployed in Hetzner Germany. With that said, it shouldn’t be slow for most. E-mail isn’t the largest bandwidth user, and I find that it responds very quickly from my home in Texas.
Well it does seem slower to me coming from gmail, but maybe that’s just the web app. Are there any plans to allow users to transfer to the US in the future?
No plans for that at the moment.
