I’ve had an accounts with Mxroute for a few years now but haven’t had to add any email addresses to my domain in awhile. I cant seem to find where to create/manage my addresses and I cant find the support email for MX anywhere. Any ideas?

You will add/delete email users in the cPanel or Direct Admin panel depending on which server your service is on. So go to the portal and select your service. If it is cPanel there will be a direct link to ‘Email Accounts’, else if it is Direct Admin there will be a button to log in to DA.
My account does not have those panels
The links to both of those are not anywhere on my profile / what i can see on the site.
Based on the fact that you stated you have been a client for “a few years now” you are likely to be on a cPanel server.
When you log in to the customer portal https://portal.mxroute.com/clientarea.php you will see a screen that looks like this:

Click on the line for your active service and this screen will come up:

You then can log in to cPanel or simply just create a new email account from the links on that page.

If you need login information given or reset you’ll need to join chat.mxroute.com and talk to me, these servers are legacy and pretty much frozen in time.
