I just migrated emails and I need to import the filters I’ve already created. I’ve seen few posts with the same issue (Filters not enabled) and were fixed.

It seems that you’re on our legacy cPanel platform. In this case the filters are in cPanel rather than in Roundcube.

Yes actually. All of the legacy cPanel servers are in line to be upgraded to new infrastructure. The dates/times are a bit up in the air but notifications will be sent out.
