Webmail subdomain is not working from browser

Hi.
I have created my domain, my email, added my DKIM to my cloudflare account, created the MX records and created 2 subdomain pointing to my account. After that I added the SSL keys for the subdomains.

I have done this process for 4 different domains and I have exactly 50% of success. 2 of them are working when I try to access the webmail from the browser and 2 are not. I am including the settings from cloudflare. I tried also without the proxy for the webmail but it did not work.!

For some reason when I ping the webmail subdomain I dont get a reply from the echo.mxrouting.net which is 116.202.222.109

Any ideas?

You do not want to proxy either CNAME through Cloudflare. Set both to DNS only.

How long did you wait before you retried using webmail after removing the proxy? I’m willing to guess that the TTL hadn’t yet expired.

Because you are pinging CloudFlare, not the mail server as the proxy is enabled.

And you are correct.

So waiting more than 5 minutes was something that I should have think of.
