I’m having an issue where the number of notifications on my spam inbox is rising, but nothing new is showing up/everything in the folder is marked as read. A lot of my important emails land in the spam folder, so I really need to be able to read these emails. Why is it not showing me my unread spam?
What are you using to view them? I’d recommend starting with Roundcube as a baseline to determine how it functions, and then moving outward toward your current application to see if it may be related to the email client.
