Trying to migrate gmail...can't authenticate MXroute IMAP server

I’m trying to migrate my email from gmail via imapsync. The problem is that the authentication of my MXroute IMAP server always fails. Am I entering the wrong information?

Here’s where I’ve entered the credentials—yes I’ve triple-checked I have the correct password.

I think we solved this via ticket. If I recall, seems that the imapsync online version may have trouble passing some password characters.
