Spam Subject Rename, Extension Block, How?

these two things i need very much. Anyone knows how can i do these?

  1. SPAM mail subject rename : if a SPAM mail is detected, it will rename as SPAM
  2. Block email by specific extention. like if i want to block .exe , .bat etc.

The subject renaming is a server feature though, and no one else likes it so it’s disabled. You can do a lot of different things though in the filters with email that matches criteria you’re comfortable with calling spam.
