SMTP Error: Failed to Connect to Server

Hello

I am getting this error in whmcs when setup smtp

SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)
SMTP connect() failed.
Email Sending Failed - SMTP connect() failed.

It could be that your provider or your server has SMTP ports blocked. You may want to investigate that avenue.

can you please check this IP in your firewall and white listed 23.95.217.2

Port is now enable but still connection refuse,

Heya, I can confirm that this ip is not blocked on the eagle server.
