I bought email service here, set spf and dkim as instructed in ‘Important Account Information’ email.
The TXT, and MX records are already propagated.
Unfortunately I cannot send any email from the service the message is:
‘Sender address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table’ .
Similarly I cannot send to created email on mxroute.com service , it says
‘cannot send message all recipients are invalid’
Why the service is not working?

In both events I’d suggest that a common thread looks likely: You’re sending to/from an external server that thinks it hosts mail for the domain you’ve moved to MXroute. That server needs to be instructed that it is no longer the email host for that domain. The steps for that are specific to the software used, so I couldn’t offer clear direction.
For example, on a cPanel server it means going into “Email Routing” and changing the domain to Remote Exchanger.
On a DirectAdmin server it means going into “MX Records” and unchecking the checkbox to host mail for that domain.

On some mail only systems it may simply mean removing the domain you moved to MXroute from that other server.

It is very likely the case. (I will fix it later)
Tested from another server and MXroute works as expected.
