Reseller account SMTP settings


I just started with my reseller account, added a test user. Now trying to send email using SMTP . Using below settings to send the email but it is not working:

Host: (also tried using smtp . mydomain .com but didnt work)
Post: 465
Login Username: Users direct admin login (also tried using email assigned)
Password: user’s direct admin password

Am I missing something?

You need to use the email address of the email account as well as the password for that email account. You DO NOT use your Direct Admin credentials for sending email - only for accessing Direct Admin.
