The setting in my spam filter is “Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam:” but mail is being returned to the sender as spam. Also the delivery report is showing the returned email as delivered.
When email lands below a certain threshold we let your rules manage it, but if it lands over that threshold we reject it globally regardless of your settings. You can override our settings by whitelisting the sender, however.
