Problem Receiving Email

I am trying to setup my email as a new user at MXRoute.

I can send emails out without any issues but have not received any reply emails from any of the emails I sent out.

I have included SPF and DKIM in both quotes and unquotes to err on safe side

You really want to remove the double entries.

The DKIM you have on the root domain and on the x._domainkey. subdomain. Leave the latter and delete the former.

You also only want ONE SPF record, so remove one of the two and your DNS will be better. It appears that your DNS provider makes no distinction whether the quotes are used or not. :slight_smile:

When done, test everything by sending a test email to the address suggested by https://mail-tester.com.

Your nameservers are currently set to DreamHost. You’ll want to set the DNS there or switch your nameservers to the place you set that up (Porkbun I think?).
