That can happen for many reasons including ordering using a VPN. Your order will be reviewed during the daytime in MXroute’s time zone and if your information is legitimate will be placed back in a pending status. If however, you used fake information while placing the order it will be canceled. So as long as your order details check out you will be able to proceed. As it is midnight where MXroute is located expect a wait of at least 10 hours from now. I hope this information helps.
