When I log in at portal.mxroute.com and click on the product I purchased, I see a “No SSL Detected” error on the page. Is this something I need to be concerned about?
No. We use WHMCS to provision accounts on DirectAdmin. WHMCS encodes their server modules with ioncube to prevent us from altering them. This is a feature designed to assist with the selling of SSL certificates for web hosting providers, and has zero relevance to our service. Please ignore this. We’ll clean up UX like this when it’s financially viable.
