That was a plugin that was not functional. I was testing it any working with their devs, but they stopped speaking with me. If you need to take backups, you can use FTP using the server hostname, your DirectAdmin username, and your DirectAdmin password over port 21. We also perform daily backups for disaster recovery.
I thought it was the standard da backup/restore function. I was looking for a way to restore a da backup myself.
I can’t enable that as I can’t allow customers to control when such a disk intensive process runs on top of running it for all accounts daily from admin side. I’m afraid that it may introduce unpredictable variables for server performance as DirectAdmin backup only has the option of working by full compression of user data on the source server.
