I’m trying to create a new account and purchase a new Lifetime plan, but got a timeout from portal.mxroute.com. I did not get an email, so I’m guessing my company’s network is blocking that domain for some reason. If I resubmit the order tonight from home, will the earlier order not be processed? Thanks
If you ordered but weren’t able to pay the invoice yet, you’ll be able to log in and finish it. That or order again, doesn’t much matter. It’s all pretty flexible.
