My emails have been blocked

All my emails recently got blocked from sending. I found that the server did not have an open relay but that we had some WordPress comment forms that were not locked down with spam prevention.

We’ve implemented Google’s recaptcha plus Akismet filtering on all of the forms now and hoping to get my IP unbanned now so I can start sending emails again.

How do I do this? Thanks

If I’ve blocked outbound on cPanel, you can go into Email Accounts and open the management area for that email account. You can unsuspend it’s sending as soon as you’ve resolved the issue. If on a DirectAdmin server, I’ll most likely have just changed the email account password and you can go reset it when you’ve resolved the issue I emailed about.
