Mx1.mxxroute.com still working?

Im trying to re-setup IMAP access to my email using mx1.mxroute dot com but its not working. Im using the following:

|Username: info@cedarmpa.co.uk|
|Password: xxxxx
|IMAP hostname: mx1.mxroute dot come
|IMAP port: 993
|IMAP security: SSL / TLS
|IMAP auth method: Normal password
|SMTP hostname: mx1.mxroute dot com
|SMTP port: 465
|SMTP security: SSL / TLS
|SMTP auth method: Normal password

Is that correct?
This post would not allow me to post the full URL so thats why im using dot com

Everything looks solid for MX1 on this side. What error are you receiving?

@Jarland Based on convo with the OP in chat, he is using Outlook. All details entered correctly. Webmail works fine with user and pass … I suggested triple checking password.

But maybe you can see the attempts (or lack of) in the logs?
