Hi all, I’m fairly new to MXRoute but I have enjoyed it so far. One concern I have is that some of my websites send emails from Mailgun and for some reason, they all seem to go to junk immediately. Even if I whitelist the email address, it still ends up in junk. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.
You’re able to control your spam filtering to a fairly reasonable degree. However, whitelisting may not be working in a way that is as easily assumed. The whitelist doesn’t work from the “From” header but rather the Envelope From header instead. Check for that and you should find what would need to be whitelisted.
You can also adjust the score at which email is filtered to the spam folder, if that may offer a preferable solution.
