I Need a Backup of My Service

MXroute has informed me that they are unable to provide their service for one of my domains due to multiple accounts being compromised. However, I need an account backup as the mail is important. Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, due to your situation; there may be only a few options at this point.

  • If you have a local backup of your email, you should be able to export them. Please research your mail client for such feature.
  • The last option would be, if you are lucky enough, would be to beg the Support team to release your emails. While, it already sounds like you’ve gone down this route. You should attempt to establish an agreement, nicely.

Apologies. In this case we are working to get a backup ready for you, but hit more urgent issues that slowed us down, in addition to the size of the backup causing it to take more time than intended.
