I keep receiving DKIM failed messages

I’ve got DKIM auth working on 2/3 domains. I’m having some issue with my 3rd domain and am unsure why if anyone can provide help. I receive fail (bad signature) messages, but have verified my public DNS key is set to match mxroute’s provided one.

Everything I’ve read keeps implying some random issue happened with the generated DKIM key and by regenerating a new one most people seem to have solved the issue. Do we have anyway to regenerate a new DKIM key on mxroute?

If your service is Direct Admin based, yes there is!!

Log in to Direct Admin and navigate to E-mail Manager > E-mail Accounts for the domain in question. Once there, click on the button to ‘Disable DKIM’ (see image below)

Wait a few minutes then click the same button to re-enable DKIM.

After this is done you will have a new DKIM key for your domain which you will need to enter into your DNS records.
