My server arrow.mxroute.net, I can not log in from the service dashboard with SSO, nor with username & password, it keeps showing me the login page. Sometimes let me, but after logging in it kicks me out again to the login page!
Can you try from a different web browser to see if you observe any different behavior? This isn’t something we’re seeing other reports of or experiencing ourselves.
After a while, I can login again with the same browser (chrome).
But can you stay logged in? Another customer had a similar issue …
I don’t remember which browser he was using, but it was outdated. He switched browsers and had no further issues. He also updated his browser of choice and did not have any further problems.
