They seem to be using sparkpost who is notorious for blacklisted IPs. Since we don’t have the same proprietary spam filtering systems that larger companies like Google or Microsoft do, we rely a bit more on IP blacklists than some other companies might. What we block others might not, what they block we might not, since we all have different software.
That said, I only see one email from them addressed to you recently and that was two days ago (on the 10th). It was delivered to your inbox.
