Hi, I just purchased another service subscription from MXroute with larger storage quota, it seems a different MX server has been assigned to me, so I wish to move my domains and email accounts to the new MX server together with all my emails. Are you possible to perform that for me? Or I have to peform the operation by myself? And do I have to delete my domains from the previous MX server and then re-create the domain on the new one, or I can just change my MX records on the DNS servers and start rocking? By the way, can I cancel the previous subscription with has just been used for 2 days and refund to my account balance in your WHMCS billing system for future renewals? Thanks a lot for your assistance.

So the two packages will be separate. Unfortunately we don’t have the resources to keep up with migration requests, but we do recommend imapsync for making this job a bit easier. The creator of imapsync has a web-based version available now where you could sync between two servers:
