Seriously it’s an actual problem for months now that 80% of our emails are SEO marketing people. We move the emails we get to junk but new emails continue flowing in like the ocean. We have missed important stuff because of so much rubbish. Can we make updates to the junk mail filters ourselves?
I’m working on it best I can at all times, but you can control a lot of things under Spam Filters in cPanel. Under “Advanced Configuration” you can dive in even further. Here’s an example of how you can create filters:

The simple reality is that the vast majority of our customers have requested that we lean toward allowing spam through rather than risking false positives, and then allow them the tooling necessary to manage it further from their side. So while I’m always working on improving our filters, I am only adding filters that hit 100% solid targets.
