Hmmm… can't reach this page

Hello,

I have been using MXRoute for 2 months and have not problem accessing my email account using RoundCube. But yesterday suddenly I am not able to access all my email account using RoundCube with multiple browsers (Google chrome, MS. edge, Opera). I never change any settings in my email manager and in my local computer network.

I got this error : can’t reach this page The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics

I have checked the possible causes but unfortunately it does not solve the problem

My apologies. I’m not happy about a string of issues, though this one is unrelated to others. Last night I deployed OpenLiteSpeed in the same manner as I’ve done on multiple servers. It failed in the middle of the night with no clear cause. For now, I’ve rebuilt Apache in it’s place and added Echo webmail to monitors so that any such issue cannot go unnoticed by me for any similar length of time.

Now I am able to access my email account using RoundCube/RainLoop without changing any setting in my email manager and in my local computer settings. Thank You
