Error unsuspending accounts

One of our email accounts was suspended, I’m unsure why and have not received any emails or messages from you regarding it as far as I can tell.

I went to unsuspend and got the following message:

Unable to write to the password file. Let your administrator know that /etc/virtual/axcelacademy.com/passwd is unwritable. Unable to move /etc/virtual/axcelacademy.com/passwd.temp to /etc/virtual/axcelacademy.com/passwd : Operation not permitted

I get a similar message if I try to change the account password. Would appreciate any help with this.

And that’s exactly why I locked it, in fear that you’d simply unsuspend a compromised email account and then let it be used for sending spam, after ignoring the email I sent to you about it.
