Error "Addon Domains"

Hello.

I tried to add a domain, and clicked “Addon Domains” from “Client Area”, but the following error was displayed and the screen for adding a domain could not be displayed.

Failed to initialize password strength bar.
Could not find password_strength in the DOM.

How do I add a domain?

When I tried it again once, I was able to add a domain.
