I got word from a group I belong to that emails being directed to me are being rejected as SPAM 550 error. How can I get that group who is sending me mails white listed? They are being incorrectly labeled as Spammers. Thanks for the help

Generally we’re only rejecting emails for giant failures like SPF failure (meaning the sending domain’s DNS requested we reject it from that IP), sending from an IP without reverse DNS, IP blacklisting, etc. If you’re certain it is our server rejecting them and would like to know why, feel free to message me at chat.mxroute.com (uses same login as portal.mxroute.com) and let me know the sender.
For everything that falls below that kind of rejection layer, you can control how it’s handled in DirectAdmin under the rspamd settings.
