Emails Arrived, New Emails Not Coming In


So I signed up for a service with my email and received my confirmation link.

I clicked on that and it took me to a “Reset Password” link. I clicked on that and frankly don’t remember exactly what happened with the next window, but at this point if I click on “Reset Password” and input my email address, I haven’t received any emails from this service company anymore.

It could be an issue with their site, and I’ve asked them to assist. But could it be a problem with my account? I’ve checked the “Junk” folder and there’s nothing there. Anywhere else I could look? Could it be blocking new emails from this service provider?
