Emails aren't received

Hi,

I’m able to send emails from the domains in my account fine but the problem I’m getting is inbound emails. Checked and double-checked my records in Cloudflare. Clients aren’t able to respond to my messages and I’m unable to get confirmation emails for services I have (such as Canva). I’ve tried it from one of my email accounts outside of MXroute and I get this email back.

I see that the email was sent to a hello@, and you only have a hello@ address on one of your domains with us. That domain’s MX records currently point to the correct location. At the time of the error you screenshotted, either the MX records did not point to us, or the server you are sending from is misconfigured and unable to send email to that domain remotely (in which case you should contact the server administrator).

Of worthy additional note though, you have another domain that starts with the letters “bos” which currently has MX records pointing to both us and Google, which is not correct.
