Email System Down

I can’t get into any emails, it says all my passwords (and those of my users) have been changed so they have failed server authentication. I have really struggled to raise this with support as this new system required an authentication email to be used but I can’t get to my emails !!! I ended up having to use an old Microsoft account email, it’s the only one I could find which isn’t on the MXROUTE servers. I can’t get into my email accounts as it just says “Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support.” HELP ! postmaster@sentinel.co.uk

Apologies for the trouble. A single email account had it’s password compromised and was used to send spam. At the moment a full account suspension was a fast way to deal with it. Shortly after, the suspension was replaced with a suspension of outbound email for only that email account.

It’s all started working again so I presume someone fixed it :slight_smile:
