Email from gmail id

universalhomesolution.udeep@gmail.com is not receiving email from mxroute domain emails at arancianepal.com . is something wrong with this gmail id?

arancianepal.com is also receiving emails from universalhomesolution.udeep@gmail.com.

I have no problem with other gmail accounts so far.

I’ve confirmed that all emails sent to that Gmail account through our servers were delivered successfully. The problem is on the user’s side.
