I want to open a reseller account, but a domain with an extension from my country (.com.uy) will not accept me. Can I only do so with .com .net etc?

I want to open a reseller account, but a domain with an extension from my country (.com.uy) not accept. Only do so with .com .net etc?
My main domain is with G Suite but I want to work with other domains here that have the extension neither supported.
