Yes and no. If you ask nicely and haven’t caused much drama or trouble, contact the MXroute Staff Team.

If you ordered the wrong plan, simply cancel it, get in contact, and then order a new plan; they’ll adjust it appropriately for you.

If you plan to charge-back, don’t try. Your claim will be denied and you will have just wasted your time.

As for anything else, admit your mistake or specify your issue, kindly ask them for a refund and move on.
