Yes and no. If you ask nicely and haven’t caused much drama or trouble, contact the MXroute Staff Team.

  • If you ordered the wrong plan, simply cancel it, get in contact, and then order a new plan; they’ll adjust it appropriately for you.

  • If you plan to charge-back, don’t try. Your claim will be denied and you will have just wasted your time.

  • If you’re complaining that they use cPanel, please first read: Why cPanel? How are you unique?

  • As for anything else, admit your mistake or specify your issue, kindly ask them for a refund and move on.

  • Skip the drama/making a scene. It’s better for you. :grinning:
