DNS Settings - can't seem to find details in portal or directadmin

Hi team,

I cannot seem to find the DNS settings I should use, I have looked in the portal, and DirectAdmin and don’t have any such welcome email with settings that I can see referenced in other Q&A Topics.

Please advise.

You should have received an email with the subject “Important Account Information” that lists this information. I’ve sent you a second copy.

Many thanks - all sorted, much appreciated and the instructions were spot on.

Could you look at putting the welcome email up in the portal or direct admin? Would save some of your customers time (I have no idea what happened to my original welcome email), but I’d think you’d have less folk struggling and then asking for refunds.

You can actually find a copy of all emails sent to you in the portal.

If you click in the upper right where it says Hello Badgeman! there will be a drop down menu. One of the menu options is “Email History” - here you will find a copy of all emails that MXRoute has sent to you.
