Disappearing emails

Based on some tests, there are emails not coming into our account at all. They appear to be dropped somehow. I have gone into the Rspamd setup and set it for high threshold and that the spam goes into the inbox but marked as spam. That did not appear to make any difference.
Is there anything else I can try?

You can message support@mxroute.com with sender, recipient, and a rough date of when you expected the emails, of a case that you specifically noticed this. Try to pick something concrete and not use a generic statement, as we won’t have anything to search the logs for.

But the bottom line of it is, if we’re not delivering an email then the sender knows why unless their mail server is broken and not telling them why. Unless, of course, it’s a case of user error from the end-user on our side causing them to not see the message we delivered.
