hi i changed the directadmin password to use it with ftp backup but when i try login all time i get wrong login detail,i can go to direct admin from portal only but not from dircetadmin directly.whats i do wrong?
You can try changing the password to something simpler and using a different web browser. The easiest answer is that if the login details fail, the wrong credentials are being entered. It doesn’t have to be intentional or a typo, you could have a password manager coming in behind you and filling out the data again without you realizing.

I changed your password and was able to log in with no issue. I sent you a new copy of the welcome email so you can have the password I changed it to, or you can reset it again as desired.
