Did not receive on-boarding email after buying

I signed up yesterday a yearly package and set up my account after my payment through Paypal gone through successfully.

But I did not received any on-boarding email form MXRoute (which is strange).

When I tried to login using the email I signed up, I could not log in and reset password did not work.

It said that my email is not found in the system.

I could not chat in the support system since I could not log in to my account.

Could @Jarland please help. I have sent an email through your PayPal email.

Ooops, just checked my email. actually Jarland just sent me a reply.

Apparently I signed up using a typo-error email address.

@jarland has corrected it.
