Let me start off by saying I found the articles with references to Crossbox and logging in with admin@domain which I have done, however there is no “Administration” section listed. I also tried with the “default” user as well
EDIT: I found the answer to my question about Roundcube vs Crossbox
server.mxrouting.net vs mail.mxlogin.com for the CNAME
My original question remains about Crossbox & the admin user - additionally if using Roundcube there is no SSL certificate???

Look almost to the bottom of the left column, You may have to scroll down. It is labeled ‘Admin’.
If you are using server.mxrouting.net/webmail then yes, it exists on each server. If you are using custom hostname, i.e. webmail.yourdomain.tld then you need to create the SSL certificate in Direct Admin per the tutorial:
