Custom SMTP Sender Address

For bounce processing purposes, I’d like the “MAIL FROM” address (Return-Path) to be different from the FROM header in my outgoing emails. So, any bounces would be sent back to a separate bounce account. Does MxRoute support this configuration?

In other words, if my SMTP client specifies something like bounce@mydomain.com as the MAIL FROM command, will MxRoute pass this through to the recipient server, or will it replace the MAIL FROM with the address from the FROM header?

We do currently support this. To future proof my answer, it should ideally be of the same domain that you are logged in with.
