Is there a setting to control how old trash is handled with Crossbox Webmail? Can you choose how long to hld it or how many to hold?
I have not found any mention of this with my searches.

To the best of my knowledge that is not a feature of Crossbox.

I checked with Crossbox they confirmed that it is not but said they are going to look into adding it.
BTW - If anyone needs support on Crossbox I found that they have a chat buton on their website and they were very responsive. Website is (https://crossbox.io/) and the chat button is on all pages. Bottom right.
