Is there a way to change the assigned DirectAdmin username? I found a way to change the password, so no issue there. And I see that I can edit the display name for the DirectAdmin username, but there appears to be no way to change the system-generated name when a new MXRoute account it set up.
Great question! There is no way to change this as it is deeply tied to some of our systems, and the randomization of the username enables us to accept orders automatically without issue.
