Might need a little more info as to how you connect and from where. Maybe chat.mxroute.com is a better option for resolving this.
One possible source of this error could be that in DirectAdmin this domain is configured to be hosted externally. If you click a domain in the dropdown at the top and then click on “Email Routing” under E-mail Manager (you should select the domain first, the page doesn’t always refresh when changing the domain), there’s a checkbox that says “Use this server to handle my e-mails.”
If this has been unchecked, you would get this error, I think …
