Cannot receive message - authentication message

Hello,
I am new user and have set up my account.
I am able to send emails, but not receive them.

When I try to send email from outlook.live.com, the error is returned:
Remote Server returned ‘550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 authentication required’

I got 10/10 score at mail-tester.
But also got this in details:
The DMARC test failed but we didn’t find any obvious reason why.

  • If you recently modified your DNS, please wait a few hours and then test again.*

Thanks,

This error means that the server which received the email is not configured to receive mail for that domain. This is most likely for one of three reasons:

  1. Your DNS isn’t set to where you think it is, or hasn’t been set there for long enough (wait a few hours if you need to). Check your DNS at https://dnstools.ws/ by entering your domain and selecting “MX” for the type. Make sure that your MX records returned there match what was given to you in your “Important Account Information” email. If you don’t know what your MX records should be, start here: https://mxroute.com/docs/dns-records/

  2. In DirectAdmin the domain had been disabled for inbound mail. Follow the directions here: https://mxroute.com/docs/550-authentication-required/

  3. The domain wasn’t added to DirectAdmin on the server. Be sure you didn’t make a typo when adding the domain. https://mxroute.com/docs/add-new-domain/

OK, great. This fixed it:
