Hi there, I had some issues with setting up my email on my domain. Since it was an urgent matter, I went with another vendor and was able to set it up quickly. I cancelled my mxroute service (3 year email hosting) and I just wanted to get a refund because I have not used it at all. I haven’t had it for more than a day. Please can I just get my money back.
