Can someone help with the SPF syntax please

One of my domains has stopped being able to send using mxroute webmail and also Gmail

The account shows this error

SMTP Error 550 Please include _s00002163.autospf.email in your SPF record to send from our server

I use Cloudflare for the DNS entries and I don’t know what format this additional SPF record should be in.

Currently I have Record: “v=spf1 include:mxlogin.com -all”

I think your stated record is correct (the mxlogin.com include should resolve to that autospf list).
A couple of things to check:

• The record should be of the TXT kind (not the obsolete SPF RR)
• Cloudflare should not have that orange cloud for that record

Always use an external tool, like dnstools.ws, to check that DNS is actually seen from the world as you think it should be …
