Can I upgrde or downgrade from $30 to 40 or 50 or viceversa anytime without loosing my account and mails, etc?
You should be able downgrade, granted you have less than the amount you are moving to. I’d suggest a 5gb gap to ensure you will be able to handle your business, right away. As for moving up, you should be fine unless you are asking for more than 100gb.
